JÉRÔME MESNAGER
Jérôme Mesnager, born in 1961 in Colmar, is one of the pioneers of Parisian street art. In 1982, he co-founded Zig-Zag, a collective of urban artists, and invented in 1983 the “White Man”, his white filiform silhouette, a symbol of light and peace, reproduced on the walls of Paris and around the world.
Close to Blek le Rat and Miss Tic, he marked the graffiti and free figuration scene of the 1980s.
